Processing Time

All of our products are handmade and personalized in our home studio.

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days before shipment.

For larger custom orders, processing times may vary. If additional time is required, we will contact you directly.

Because our products are made to order, we recommend placing your order in advance for special events such as weddings, baby showers, or celebrations.

Shipping Method

 

All orders are shipped using express international shipping with FedEx or UPS to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment.

Estimated Delivery Times

 

After your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–5 business days
  • Europe: 2–5 business days
  • Canada & Australia: 3–7 business days
  • Other International Locations: 3–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to customs processing or local courier delays.

Customs & Import Taxes

 

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees depending on the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the buyers.

 

 

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

Uniq Favors is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping Delays

While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, Uniq Favors cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or if you experience an issue with delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to assist you.
